Audio BV8962 is a versatile single-DIN multimedia receiver, offering playback of DVDs, CDs and plenty more, including those digital files (MP3/MP4/WMA). This receiver features touchscreen navigation on its brilliant 7-inch widescreen display, a convenient front-panel auxiliary input, a USB port, and SD Card slot. With 80 Watts through four channels, it offers plenty of power, but preamp outputs offer room for further growth.

The BV8962 will play back your DVDs/SDVDs, SVCDs/VCDs, CDs, CD-R/Ws, and WMA/MP4/MP3 files. The ESP anti-skip mechanism ensures your music or video isn't interrupted by any bumps in the road, and playback features such as a mute function, intro scan, and last position memory are all included.

When listening to digital files, enjoy full ID3 tag display of artist/track info.

Dial in the sound with separate bass and treble EQ controls, along with balance/fader.

USB and SD Connectivity

A few defects : Boss BV8962 In-Dash 7" DVD/MP3/CD Widescreen Receiver with USB, SD Card, and Front Panel AUX Input

I ordered it on the 17th, received it on the 23rd, installed it on the 23rd,and it died on the 26th. When it worked it had a good crisp picture, the audio was fine. I hadn't had the opening to hook up the reverse camera so I'm not sure if that part would have worked. If you are finding for an in-dash dvd player,you may save your self time and money by finding elsewhere. I am concerned to see how they (Boss) cope the warranty.

Higher End Sound, Medium Price : Soundstream SST6.9 6x9-Inch 2-Way 300-Watt Speakers (Black)

I hooked these up to an older Sony head unit in my quarter century old Toyota 4runner. Even without an external amplifier they sound good even at higher volumes. I listen to a wide variety of eclectic music as well as talk radio and the speakers handled it all just fine. I am not crazy about the high profile grill because they are a bit of a thief magnet, particularly with the top off the 4runner. Thankfully nothing has happened yet. Recommended.

well these chains were easy to use, but you will still get your hands dirty. The carry bag is not water proof, so when you take them off and put them back in the carrying bag. The snow on the chain melts and water leaks straight through the bag and onto your trunk floor. These chains do work well and are the easiest to install that i have ever used. Just make sure you bring trash bags to put the chains in. 4stars because of the carry bag.
